JaLesa Byes is a Behavioral Health Consultant with BHIPP. She graduated with her BSW from Morgan State University and MSW from the University of Maryland Baltimore with a specialization in Child, Adolescent, and Family Health. Since graduating she has gained experience within different clinical environments, including schools, hospitals, and outpatient services. With these experiences on diverse levels, as a Social Worker, her passion is to be able to support children, youth, families, and communities to thrive within the best of their abilities. During her free time she enjoys being able to travel, spend time with my family and friends, try new foods, decorate for the holidays, and shopping! She is grateful to be part of an integrative team that continues to support and foster the children, youth, families, and communities across the state of Maryland!
