Learning Objectives:
By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
1. Identify at least one approach or screening for pediatric patients suspected of having an autism spectrum disorder.
2. Describe at least 2 caregiver resources in the management of pediatric patients suspected of having an autism spectrum disorder.
3. Identify at least 5 local resources available to patients who are awaiting a formal autism spectrum disorder diagnosis.
4. Apply the use of the resource checklists for in-office support and management of pediatric patients while awaiting a formal autism spectrum disorder diagnosis.
