Rebecca Ferro, MA, is currently a Clinical Psychology PhD student at the University of Missouri, St. Louis and is a Research Program Coordinator at Johns Hopkins University where she primarily works for the Maryland Behavioral Health Integration in Pediatric Primary Care program. She received her MA in Clinical Psychology from Towson University in 2021. Her research interests include risk and protective factors for child traumatic stress, the impact of parental posttraumatic stress, and the intergenerational transmission of trauma. Additionally, she is interested in treatment outcome research aimed at improving both access to and retention in trauma-focused interventions for children and families.
