Emily Frosch, MD is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences in the Division of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. For over 30 years, education has been the focus of Dr. Frosch’s career. Examples of her leadership in educational programming include her work as Child & Adolescent Fellowship Director, Director of the Consultation Service to inpatient Pediatrics, and as the developer and co-director of the Harriet Lane Mental Health Program in Pediatrics. She has also worked as a founding faculty member of the Post-Master’s Mental Health and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Program in the JHU School of Nursing. Dr. Frosch is the Associate Director of the Colleges Advisory Program in the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, a learning community of students and faculty dedicated to supporting personal and professional growth, student-centered learning, and career development. Communication skills, team building, and development of students’ professional identity are of particular interest.
