We have built a robust database of referrals that includes nearly 2,000 resources representing every county in Maryland.
How does a provider request mental health resources?
When providers call they will speak to our Behavioral Health Consultants who can assist with locating resources or referrals in their area for a specific patient. You may also submit an online request for resources.
What types of resources can be requested through BHIPP?
Our database includes resources for early childhood, crisis, family support, outpatient and inpatient mental health treatment, psychological testing, and more.
What information will be provided?
Our Behavioral Health Consultants will identify several local resources for your patient and will call to verify wait time and accepted insurances. You will receive a resource list that includes the names, locations, phone numbers, and other relevant information for each resource.
